Omni Expands into Healthcare Direct Sales

As of July 2020, the United States hosts approximately 26% of COVID-19 cases and 24% of COVID-19 deaths across the world. There is no question that the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed how patient care is delivered in healthcare facilities. To decrease the risk of transmitting the virus, healthcare workers must follow updated policies and procedures including complying with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) protocol.

Although we are nearly a year into the onset of COVID-19 in the United States, shortages of PPE and other critical healthcare supplies for dealing with the pandemic have yet to be resolved. Hospitals and other medical practices routinely have to waste time and heighten their disease exposure by decontaminating disposable masks and gloves for reuse.
